Council Members,
I am writing as a Harford County resident to express my strong opposition to allowing data centers here. These facilities bring heavy energy use, noise, industrial traffic, and long-term environmental impacts that do not belong in residential or rural communities.
Please protect our communities, farmland, and the character of Harford County by passing the emergency Bill No. 26-011, the data center ban bill.
