On the Commission’s home page, scroll down until reaching the section titled “Comment on a Case.” Under that section, click the link for “Learn More.” On the next page, scroll down to the Calendly application. Scroll to the entry for “9847-Chaberton Solar Peters Holdings, LLC (CPCN)” and take the following steps: click the box for “9847-Chaberton Solar Peters Holdings, LLC (CPCN)”; click on October 21, 2026; select 6:00 p.m. and click on “Next”; and enter your name and email address and click “Schedule Event.” You will receive a zoom link for the meeting once you have completed the sign-up process. Otherwise, barring technical difficulties, the hearing will be livestreamed and a recording will be available on the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube Channel 2.

William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Only one copy is required. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9847.
